Find your way around BikeNet
Four places for four jobs
BikeNet is organized around four main tabs. Once you know what belongs in each one, most things are only a tap or two away.
Stable
Add your bikes and keep track of components, sensors, setup, mileage, and service records.
Ride
Turn your phone into a cycling computer. Start and record a ride, check live data, choose a destination, or follow a route.
History
Find your completed rides. Open one to see its route, summary, charts, laps, shifting analysis, or export options.
More
Manage settings and account features, including connections, ride-screen layouts, units, training zones, navigation, diagnostics, and support.
Choose the bike you are riding
Selecting a bike tells BikeNet which components, sensors, wheel size, and drivetrain setup to use. It also makes sure the ride distance is added to the right bike in Stable. You can select a bike in Stable before you leave or use the bike chooser on the Ride screen.
You do not have to create a bike just to record a basic ride. If you ride without one selected, BikeNet can still record GPS-based ride data, but bike-specific sensors, setup, and mileage tracking will not be available.
What requires NXS
You can record rides and connect supported Bluetooth sensors without any NXS hardware. A compatible BikeNet shifting controller is only required for NXS features such as live gear position, shifting and battery data, ANT+ sensor connections, drivetrain setup, and post-ride shifting analysis.
