Diagnostics and the Connection Log
Open diagnostics
Go to More > Diagnostics. The Connection Log lists recent Bluetooth and ANT+ activity with timestamps, while Ride events shows available information about the health of ride recording. If you have more than one bike, filter the connection log to the bike involved in the problem.
The log is most useful immediately after a failed connection or unexpected disconnect, because you can match the time of the problem to the events BikeNet recorded.
What the phone keeps
BikeNet keeps connection events for up to seven days or ten app sessions. These may include device or radio identifiers, connection state changes, and errors needed for troubleshooting.
PINs and raw sensor payloads are not written to the log. Even so, review the visible information before sharing it, just as you would with any diagnostic report.
Copy, share, or clear
Copy places the visible text on the clipboard. Share opens your phone’s share controls so you can send the log to support or save it somewhere else. Clear permanently removes the retained connection history from that phone.
If you plan to contact support, do it soon after the problem occurs so the relevant events have not aged out of the log.
