Use the My BikeNet portal

Review bikes, ride history, shifting trends, support, and account preferences on the web.

What you can review

  • Overview: total shifts, shifts per 10 km, gear-data coverage, most-used gear, and a recent insight.
  • My Stable: bikes, components, setup, value, mileage, and service context.
  • History: completed rides, route and performance detail, shifting trends, and Strava links.
  • Support: cases and replies.
  • Account: profile, sign-in method, measurement system, and currency.

Changes that affect the hardware

You can edit ordinary bike and component details directly in the portal. A cassette or chainring change on a connected drivetrain is different because the new setup must also be written to the bike.

The portal saves that kind of change as a setup request. Open the BikeNet app while you are near the bike, review and accept the request, and let the app write the settings to the hardware and verify them.

Sign in and refresh

Sign in to the portal with the same Google account you use in the mobile app. If a recent ride or change is missing, open BikeNet on the phone and allow it to sync, then refresh the portal page. Large rides may take a little longer to finish processing and upload.
