Export GPX, FIT, and CSV ride files
Choose the right file format and protect sensitive ride data.
In this guide
Export a ride
- Open History and select the ride.
- Choose Export All or Export ride.
- Select GPX, FIT, or CSV.
- Use the phone share sheet to save locally or choose an installed cloud document provider.
Choose a format
The best format depends on where the file is going and what you want to do with it. If another service specifies a format, use that one.
- GPX is widely supported for routes and GPS tracks. It is a good choice when location is the main information you need to exchange.
- FIT is a compact activity format used by many cycling computers, training apps, and fitness services. It can carry more structured fitness data than a basic GPX file.
- CSV is a table you can open in a spreadsheet or data tool. Use it when you want to inspect detailed samples such as supported sensor, wind, drivetrain, or diagnostic fields.
Privacy
Exports can contain precise location, time, bike, and sensor data. Review where you send them. Exporting does not remove or change the original BikeNet ride on the phone.
