Use a Strava route

Before you begin

Connect your Strava account in More > Connections. The authorization allows BikeNet to load cycling routes from your Strava account; you do not need to recreate those routes in BikeNet. If you have just saved or changed a route in Strava, refresh the route list before looking for it.

Choose the route

1. Start from the Ride screen and choose a route ride.
2. Choose Strava Route.
3. Select a cycling route; distance and elevation gain help identify it.
4. Confirm and start.

While navigating

The map shows your progress along the route, the remaining distance, and upcoming turns. Elevation progress is also shown when the Strava route includes elevation data.

BikeNet needs readable route geometry from Strava to provide navigation. If a new route is missing, refresh the list. If the route appears but cannot be opened, check it in Strava and try saving it again.
